Run/Ride with us

Our goal is simple, create a platform for as many local cyclists as possible to ride their bikes.

The VB community enables our members to meet like-minded people, who can lean on each other for advice, company and friendship, on and off the bike. This is why we put so much effort into organising social rides, runs and events.

We do our utmost to accommodate and provide opportunity for everyone, no matter their ability. From social runs and rides to fast paced training sessions, and women only activities, there is something for everyone to get involved in.

To join any of our running or cycling sessions, please complete the below waiver.

  • IT'S MORE THAN JUST EXERCISE

    Cycling and running can really improve our physical health, but can also have an amazing, positive impact on mental well-being - especially when we exercise with others!

    Group activity can increase our motivation to get outside and can help us push ourselves to go further or faster than we would alone.

    But perhaps more importantly, it provides a sense of camaraderie and community, which in turn can help relieve the stresses daily life chucks at us.

    Group exercise makes us more accountable, show us new places to explore and new cafés to eat at..and we can all learn a thing or two from more experienced athletes!

  • WANT TO RACE?

    As we move into 2025, VB are opening our doors and opportunities to runners, cyclists and triathletes.

    Our mantra is, 'inclusivity, positivity and support.'

    We want to open doors, and lend a helping hand to anybody who wants to compete or challenge themselves.

    The VB team consists of many expereienced athletes and coaches. And our community offers tremendous camaraderie, on and off the bike.

    We've seen some incredible stories and had some amazing results over the past few years...
